

Vaccines and prior-grooming assessment
each dog under my grooming service must have their vaccines up-to-date including their rabies shot. owner must show either a valid physical or digital tag proof to ensure that the grooming environment/equipment remains safe and clean for every experience. all dogs go under a prior-grooming assessment to determine if there are any existing skin conditions, potential eye or ear infections, dental issues, or changes in temperament ahead of the grooming session, this also helps prevent changes and extra charges during already-discussed-service for your furry friend which is time consuming, and to prevent owners to hold groomer at fault due to an unknown already existing condition prior grooming.
Puppies
The first grooming experience for a puppy can
be the most imprinting, it requires patience and understanding. Gradually adding steps to the grooming process on a regular basis will help to minimize any potential stress while also training your dog to understand that grooming is a part of life. I will provide you with the recommended services.
Consideration
In order to maintain a sanitary environment, we ask that you allow your dog to relieve themselves before their appointment. If your dog repeatedly relieves themselves in our care, we hold the right to charge a cleaning fee of $5.
Accidents
There is always the possibility that an accident could happen even though we use extreme caution, and care in all situations, to minimize any kind of injury please let me know prior booking if your dog is reactive (lunging, barking, growling or sudden movement out of stress during normal process like grooming). Every effort will be made to ensure your pet is groomed as safely as possible.
No Show and Cancellations
Please let us know within 24 hours of the appointment's scheduled start time if you need to cancel your pet's grooming appointment. I understand emergencies happen and we will work with you if client isn’t late more than 10 minutes or rescheduled for another time within 24 hours. Please be respectful of my time as i am by appointment facility, and other clients could fill that space if enough notice was given before canceling your appointment.
Late Pick up and fees
Once your dog's grooming appointment is complete, we ask that you promptly pick up your dog within 2 hours of a call. If you cannot pick up in that time frame we hold the right to charge a daycare fee of $5 per dog added on to their grooming price. traffic will be excused.
Compensation
If you have any concerns or need something fixed with your pet's grooming service, please let me know within 48 hours of pickup. I will do my best to fix anything you need within that time frame.
Respect and Kindness
Grooming requires a lot of patience and training, I always goes above and beyond to make sure each and every pup has the best experience possible. I kindly ask that every client gives us the same respect in return.
I, as the pet owner am aware that if my pet does not respond to the groomer and remain still during the appointment, accidents can happen and i will let the groomer know if my dog is reactive or has any behavioral or health issues to prevent any accidents. If any accident happens due to an behavioral or medical issue that the groomer was not aware of I, as the owner am responsible to cover any costs of veterinary care, and will not hold the groomer at fault if any accident happens due to an behavioral or medical issue i didn't inform the groomer about.

I, as the dog groomer is responsible for fixing normal results from grooming like minor skin irritation from a product under my use and will do my best to treat the client’s dog with the professional tools and products i use (Itch-relief spray, minor wound care etc) and will alert the owner about it and how to care of it at home.
